On trend in Poland
Seven’s bi-annual fragrance trends report has led to the creation of four gourmand fragrances for the new Patisserie bath range from Polish brand Luksja. The new collection is our interpretation of this trends forecast which highlighted a cupcake inspired sweet influence for this year’s Spring/Summer season.
Early last year we identified a clear move to sweet gourmand notes reminiscent of vintage American desserts such as creamy meringue, zesty key lime pie and sugary vanilla, in a number of leading fragrance brands. This research, together with the worldwide popularity of cupcakes, led to the development of a series of fragrances for Luksja – each evokes the delicious indulgence of its chosen sweet treat.
Sweet honey notes and toasted butter blend to create Caramel Waffle; buttery pastry, tart lemon zest and sweet baked meringue combine for Lemon Pie; an almond base layers with juicy cooked cherries for Cherry Tart; whilst fruity berries infused with fresh baked cakes evoke Blueberry Muffin.
As Luksja is exclusive to Poland, our perfumers and the brand team worked closely together to create products carefully tailored for consumers in the region. With the Patisserie range already achieving top 3 brand positioning in the Bath category since its launch six months ago, it seems Polish consumers really can’t resist temptation.
